Een echte superfood 💪 deze stof is afkomstig van de johannesbroodboom 🌳 Ik maakte er choco-balletjes mee, vol energie & hypergezond! * * Wat heb je nodig? 150 gram dadels zonder pit, 120 gram amandelen 🌰, 2 theelepels carobe poeder, 3 theelepels chiazaad & 4 theelepels olijfolie. Als topping kan je kokosschilfers gebruiken 🥥 * * Hoe maak je het klaar? Breng alles samen in een blender & mix de ingrediënten tot een sticky geheel! Nadien rol je balletjes 🤲 top ze met kokosschilfers & leg ze nadien minstens 30min in de ijskast! Geloof het ofniet.. 💫Ginger Cinnamon Loaf!!! ⁣💫 ⁣ When you body clock wakes you up at 6am with a craving for ginger bread.. what else can you do but get baking..? 👉 swipe for some yummy close ups 😍⁣ ⁣ Went for a run to regents park this morning and then listened to my favourite podcast series from the mindset mentor on my walk back! Played around with some ingredients I had at home and made this loaf for breakfast... it came out a little too dense for my liking so will need to experiment and tweak the recipe a bit more before I share it!⁣ ☺️🍃 ⁣ Served this with Alpro Greek Yoghurt and Berries! Salad of the day Une salade réalisée suite à mes courses hebdomadaires dans le magasin bio le plus proche du village où j’ai rejoint ma famille pour le confinement. 30 minutes de voiture pour accéder au @biocoop_officiel de Checy, reçue par une équipe a-do-ra-ble et très efficace. Hygiène et organisation irréprochables et de beaux étalages garnis de produits locaux : batavia, roquette, oignons rouges, etc 🌱☀️ Un vrai bonheur d’y aller en ces temps profondément troublés. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Ingrédients : De la batavia De la roquette Un oignon rouge Un avocat Des carottes râpées (idéalement des carottes sables, conservées en terre, la saison des carottes bottes n’étant pas encore arrivée) Du céleri rave râpé De la choucroute crue lacto-fermentée (pour faire le plein de probiotiques naturels et donc booster son système immunitaire naturellement… j’adore celle de la marque @nutriform.bio ) ou du chou cru râpé Des graines de courge Du Gomasio ou Herbamare ou une pincée de sel marin artisanal (type sel de Guérande) Vous pouvez également compléter avec une herbe aromatique (persil ou coriandre) et/ou un oléagineux (noix ou noisettes). Pour la sauce (à ajuster en fonction de la taille de votre salade) : 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile de lin 1 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive 1 cuillère à soupe de tamari (version peu salée) Le jus d’un demi ou d’un citron pressé (tout dépend de la taille du citron, s’il est juteux et de votre palais… j’aime quand c’est bien citronné ;) Recette : Tranchez finement l’oignon rouge, mettez-le dans un bol recouvert d’eau le temps de préparer le reste des ingrédients. Cela le rendra plus digeste et doux. Mélanger tous les ingrédients dans un saladier et ajoutez l’assaisonnement. Rincez, égouttez l’oignon rouge, coupez-le en petites morceaux et ajoutez-le à votre salade.
